Common questions
Things people ask us.
Do you use accessibility overlay widgets?
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and can get in the way of the assistive technology people already use.
Which standards do you work to?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the reference most accessibility rules point to, including AODA in Ontario, the ADA in the US and the European Accessibility Act in the EU.
Will this make us legally compliant?
It reduces barriers and supports compliance, but we do not give legal advice or promise you will never receive a complaint. Your lawyer can confirm what applies to you.
